Our goal was to rapidly produce high-quality promo videos for KukuFM’s diverse audio series titles while drastically reducing production costs. That is 50 to 80 Videos (promos & Trailers) + over 150 (Posters & Statics) Images. Through this strategic partnership, we redefined how marketing campaigns can be executed in the digital era, showcasing the true potential of AI-driven content creation.

Opportunities:

By developing a series of AI-generated promotional videos, we positioned KukuFM not just as an audio content platform but as an innovative brand that embraces technology to connect with its audience. Our creative approach transformed KukuFM’s brand perception, highlighting its commitment to delivering fresh, engaging, and diverse content spanning spirituality, mystery, thrillers, romcoms, and more.

Our partnership with KukuFM is more than a project; it’s an ongoing collaboration aimed at continuous growth and improvement. Through iterative testing, performance analysis, and agile marketing practices, we laid the groundwork for sustainable success and scalability.

We conducted thorough user research to understand KukuFM’s audience on a deeper level, focusing on:

Telugu States:

• Telangana: Targeting Tier 2 & 3 cities like Warangal, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Khammam, and villages across the state, as well as the Hyderabad metro area.

• Andhra Pradesh: Reaching audiences in cities such as Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Guntur, Nellore, Rajahmundry, Kakinada, and rural communities.

• Telugu Diaspora: Middle East, USA, UK.

This approach enabled us to identify content types that resonate most with users, allowing for precise targeting and messaging across diverse geographies.


We built an end-to-end Generative AI production pipeline using tools like MidJourney, Runway ML, Heygen, Pika, n8n, and ChatGPT. This ecosystem enabled us to produce over 80 – 100 AI-generated Trailer/Promo videos in 5 Day Week Cycle – efficiently and cost-effectively.
